The chakra spa treatments were excellent!

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Bluebell Railway, which was filled with scenic views and fun for the kids. The pool and spa facilities were excellent, and the staff provided top-notch service, making us feel very welcome during our stay.

My kids wished there were more activities available for families at the hotel.

We had a delightful family stay. The spa was relaxing, but the highlight was the wonderful staff. They not only created a welcoming vibe but even crafted a off-menu cocktail that surprised us! For families, consider the pool's age restrictions before your visit. A wonderful getaway overall!

my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in east grinstead. the spacious king room was a joy, with lovely big windows and an impressively comfy bed. enjoyed the spa facilities immensely, making it a perfect solo getaway.

air conditioning could be improved

I had a three-night stay in a King Room with Sofa Bed. The staff made a huge difference. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Loved the breakfast variety. everything was fresh and of good quality. The spa area was a relaxing escape, especially the hot tub. The room itself felt spacious and had all the amenities I needed. there were a few drawbacks. The mattress was way too hard for my liking, impacting my sleep quality a bit. the room and bathroom showed some wear and tear, particularly the dated fixtures. I encountered a blocked toilet upon arrival, which was quite inconvenient, though the staff handled the situation promptly. It’s also important to note that there are no lifts, which could be challenging if carrying heavy bags, especially for seniors.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stylish decoration and the overall welcoming ambiance of Crowne Plaza Felbridge, Gatwick. The modern design, comfortable seating areas, and easy access made it a delightful stay for me as a senior.

Great staff makes it special

Wow, I had a fantastic stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Emma and Sam. The rooms were comfy and modern. I loved the juicy steak at dinner too! Just wish there was a lift, my poor legs were tired climbing all those stairs. But overall, a lovely experience!

Perfect overnight getaway

This place is fab! Super close to Gatwick, so easy to get to. The room was lovely, really spacious with a cozy bed. Loved the bar area. cocktails were on point! Breakfast was decent, but it took ages to get our drinks. Would've liked more veggie options. great stay.

This hotel was just an excellent fit for a short interlude in East Grinstead with excellent value for money. The large room with a super king size bed was very comfortable and clean. For a quieter experience, ask for a room away from the wedding events.
